Returns Policy

14-Day Return Policy

You may return an item within 14 days of delivery, provided it meets the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, sealed and in resellable condition.
  • If the seal on the box is broken you cannot return the device.
  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer cannot be returned.
  • Faulty or defective products may be returned for a replacement after assessment, directly with T3 micro.

How to Return an Item or report a faulty device

  1. Request a Return: Contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for the return.

Processing Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we are not liable for lost returns.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened, Used or Damaged items
  • Items returned without prior authorisation.
  • Final sale or clearance items.
