Overview Of T3 Micro Limited Product Warranty

All T3 Micro products, except for brushes and accessories, have at least a twenty-four (24) month limited product warranty, valid from the date of purchase. If your T3 Micro product has a defect in workmanship or material within the warranty period, T3 Micro will deliver an identical or comparable product to you free of charge or will provide some other remedy, as described below.

T3 Micro Warranty's are covered by T3 Micro USA. We do not deal with Warranty replacements directly in the UK.

How to submit a Warranty claim

For all warranty-related inquiries, consumers can contact T3 Micro USA at Support@t3micro.com. Once the inquiry is received, T3 USA will promptly respond with a warranty form. You will need to provide your first and last name, shipping address, phone number, model number, serial number, and proof of purchase.

If the tool is still within the 24-month warranty, they can process a replacement. However, if proof of purchase is not provided and they must rely solely on the serial number, the claim could be denied, and they will be unable to offer a replacement.

In the event that the claim is approved, T3 request that you provide a photo of the cord cut on the defective tool along with a handwritten note confirming your shipping address. Upon receipt of this information, the replacement order will be promptly processed and shipped the following day.
